Alright, all.
I broke down and got an Anytime Fitness membership. It is cheaper than the Community Center here in town and is open 24/7. So, I have no more excuses. I'm going back on my plan to work out 5 days per week. I'm going to start with cardio because that is what I'm comfortable with... but at some point I'm going to shoot for the weight training too. As much as I despise the idea of working out in a windowed room with a bunch of fit people who know what they're doing... I despise the idea of continuing to be unhealthy and gain weight more.
It's an 18-month contract (what is this, a cell phone? internet? enough with the contracts...) so there's no way out. Here we go.
