Half On, Half Off

I had an okay day today, food-wise.

I had a small bowl of rice krispies for breakfast. For a snack I had a fiber-rich granola bar and a cheese stick. For lunch I had half of a ham sandwich (used one slice of multi-grain bread, three thin slices of ham, and mustard), a cheese stick, and a banana. After work I had a small box of valentine nerds (gross, I know, but I found them in my desk, and I wanted something sweet.

After that it kind of went downhill. Before dinner I had two small bowls of Doritos (I suppose its better than the whole bag). And for supper I had a pork roast sandwhich, stuffing, and peas. But in essence, I had way too much stuffing. Which means way too many carbs.

Anyway, I did over 6000 steps at work today, and Ryan and I walked for almost 30 minutes, for a total of almost 9000 steps. The pedometer says I burned 509 calories, and walked 4.5 miles. Not too bad. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. Wasn't too bad today. Lets see if tomorrow can better. :)
