Well, I've been abstaining from fast food and that is going well. I know it has only been a week and a half but that's really good for me.
The 7:00 am workouts have not been as successful. However - I choose to believe that I am moving in the right direction. I am getting up a lot earlier than I was, even if it isn't quite by 7:00, and I walked two times this week. Better than nothing, fools.
